March 18th is a very big day for the Canadian mortgage industry. As of March 18th, the following will happen:
- Amortization max is 30 years
- Refinance up to 85% loan to value aka leave in 15% equity in your home
- Home Equity line of credits are very difficult to finance (most lenders do not offer them)
